Netflix Is Announcing A New Documentary: “Have A Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics”

Have a Good Trip: Adventures in Psychedelics is a documentary featuring real-life psychedelic stories from actors, comedians and musicians such as Bill Kreutzmann, Adam Scott, Nick Offerman, Sarah Silverman, Ad-Rock, Rosie Perez, A$AP Rocky, Rob Corddry, Nick Kroll, Paul Scheer and others. Netflix’s new documentary will debut on May 11.

Comedy combined with a thorough psychedelic investigation, Have A Good Trip film explores the benefits, drawbacks, history, future and science, pop cultural impact and spiritual potential of hallucinogens.

The film addresses big questions: Can psychedelics play a powerful role in dealing with depression, dependence and our own mortality? Are all of us made from the same thing? The film also acts as an unofficial roadmap to these consciousness-altering compounds, and helps to dispel the frightening myths of the After School Special Era.

Netflix’s new documentary is directed by Donick Cary and produced by Mike Rosenstein, Sunset Rose Pictures, and Sugarshack 2000.
