Here’s What Raw Cannabis Juice Does For Your Health

We all recognize marijuana most widely when used in a medical or recreational way. It’s worth a lot more than just getting high though. Cannabis in its raw form is still psychoactive, but you don’t get particularly high during its consumption.

Raw cannabis helps power up your immune system, has anti-inflammatory benefits, and can even improve bone density and neural function. It has also been shown in some to reduce the growth of cancer cells as well as help children with epilepsy. What can’t cannabis do?

Here’s the thing: many of those benefits are burned up when you smoke marijuana or cook it into an edible treat. When it’s eaten raw, it’s pretty much as healthy as any other vegetable.

Raw cannabis should be consumed every day, multiple times a day, and you won’t likely have any high effects whatsoever. Add it to smoothies, juices; you can even add it to salads.

My favorite cannabis juice recipes:

This is a sweet, strong tasting juice. Combine the following in a blender and puree until a desired consistency is reached:

  • Raw cannabis leaves
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Orange

Thirsty? Try this one:

  • Raw cannabis leaves
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Cucumber

Stuffed up? Try this spicy, sinus cleansing juice:

  • Raw Cannabis leaves
  • 2 Inch Piece Turmeric
  • 1 Inch Piece Ginger
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Beat
  • 1 Carrot

CEO & Founder at Psychedelic Society and I created this community in 2013 shortly after finishing high school and have been grateful for the fact that I have been able to do this ever since :) There are many things happening on the planet that don't resonate with me, and I wanted to do what I could to play a role in creating change. It's been great making changes in my own life and creating awareness and I look forward to more projects that move beyond awareness and into action and implementation. So stay tuned :)
